The world of work has changed markedly in the last 10 plus years and now more than ever it's important to take control and manage your career which is why I have developed these resources to help you do that in a manageable way. In my work, I regularly talk to and work with line managers, HR managers and recruiters who are looking for talent, and recruiting and hiring staff all the time in many different industry sectors and at all levels of the organisation. I’ve also trained many managers and HR professionals in sound recruitment and people management practices in both private and public sector organisations over the course of my career.
